I use various types of assignments designed to meet students where they are and to complement various learning preferences. Students often work on different tasks to reach the end goal of learning content, making connections to the present, and developing soft skills. Having headphones for each student while using the Chromebooks in class will facilitate implementation of personalized learning activities. For example, some students may watch a video over a topic and take notes while others listen to a reading and take notes, while others may listen to a recording they have made to determine editing needs.
