This material will make a difference in students learning because it will allow students an opportunity to push themselves against resistant. Students who are not athlete don't want to deal with object that requires them to push themselves past their comfort zone. Often time we are stuck in a gym but when students do go outside it either to play soccer, football and do a mile around the track. This would give us more to do outside in the realm of physical education and get from within the building. Plus this can be used by those same sports that have to be outside training.

About my class
