We all have the ability within us to "learn, grow, and succeed" during difficult times in our lives. By using this Journal and the other supplies we will be able to help our students discover the positive outcome of having a Growth Mindset. Everything we need to be successful in inside us. Through journaling we hope to teach our students many different topics of personal growth and wellbeing. Because many of our students live in poverty or low income families, they do not always have the opportunities to learn the skill of journaling at home.

About my class
