Throughout the year these white boards will provide my Title 1 students an exciting way to collaborate in writing and practice their presentation skills (plus reduce the need for chart and regular paper)! In our Title 1 reading groups we work on responding to text in a variety of ways. Magnetic boards and paper will allow for easier editing and the ability to save and display their progress. Colored dry-erase markers will help students organize their writing. Magnetic boards will also be used to practice phonics and building words to increase reading achievement.
