My students are creative, innovative, future leaders. Flexible seating will allow students to take charge of their learning and make choices that work best for them. During independent work, they will be capable of choosing a location in the classroom that will meet their learning needs. Making sure students are comfortable is an essential component in motivating them. When they are comfortable and cozy their brains are engaged and working optimally. I hope to see amazing changes in my student's motivation when they are given a choice in their seating. This will be a game-changer for our incredible second graders!
