This is the first year of school for many of my young learners. Since we will not be meeting in person in the fall but will be involved in virtual learning, I need to provide resources for my students that help them build not only their academic and cognitive skills but their social and emotional skills as well, just as I would in person in the classroom. Kindergartners are social and enthusiastic about learning and making new friends. The resources from Teachers Pay Teachers will enhance my daily video conferencing time with my class and provide opportunities for us to get to know each other, discuss, share, question, respond and learn together. Additional TPT resources will be assigned through Google Classroom in order to provide independent practice and allow me to continue to document growth and note areas to focus on for learning in small virtual groups.
