The life process of a butterfly will intrigue the minds of my students, as well as soften their hearts toward nature. They will learn the life cycle of butterflies and plants, how to care for butterflies and plants, ways to protect our environment, and the benefits of pollination. The habitat will offer visual and hands-on activities for the students to experience the life cycle of a butterfly and life cycle of the plants that butterflies need for survival. This project will also help the students see the importance of pollination, and they will develop an understanding that all life cycles have birth, growth, reproduction, and death in common.

About my class
