Students in my classroom crave more hands on learning, especially in science. My students are from diverse backgrounds with diverse learning abilities. My students will have the ability to start to use technology to solve real-world problems with technology in preparation for our technologically advanced futures. We must prepare our students for the rest of our lives and what better way than to start in elementary school. All too often we must focus on the core subjects, math and reading, and science gets put on the back burner. I am here to increase the amount of science and technology with the use of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics).

About my class
