I am a teacher of the Gifted at an inner city magnet school. Opportunities are few and far between outside of the classroom for the students that are serviced by my school district. I want to make sure that my gifted students are engaged in the type of learning that will prepare them for the workforce of the future. Robotics and coding has changed my students perspective on learning and life. I want them to be able to apply coding to actual robots to complete and enhance the learning experience. Having robots in my classroom will help me help them.
