Students will be able to build their confidence and creativity in the after school Art Club program by exploring different art supplies not normally accessible. Students will learn about different art techniques with the following: painting, printmaking, sculpture, and drawing. The students will be completing multiple projects with the supplies. Some of the projects such as group murals I plan to have on display so the whole school can see their artwork. The students will have the opportunity to develop their own artistic skills through instructions and learning from their peers in the program. My overall goal is for the students to grow an appreciation for creating art while having fun.
