Ron Clark Academy Professional Development will energize our house system at our school site. Through this two-day experience, I will get the chance to collaborate with educators from all over the country who are also using the RCA House System. By attending this special RCA event, I will bring back to my school ideas on developing student leaders within our houses, how to establish house traditions among our staff and students, and how fundraising can positively impact our school. My goal is to incorporate a positive learning community by building my students' reading confidence up with word work, letter work, reading and writing work during each lesson. The ideas that I bring back to my students after attending RCA will be implemented during our daily intervention times.

About my class
