Our therapy room is a place for kids to work on skills that will benefit them in the classroom. Some students need some time in the middle of the day for proprioceptive input. To accomplish this, we do lots of "heavy work" like weighted ball games and prone floor puzzles. Our sensory seekers can get input from a indoor swing when the weather is not allowing them outside time. Our kids are better learners after we are done with them. These materials can help us continue to be creative and assist all of the kids who need extra help for everyday tasks in school.
