Our weightlifting and fitness classes are always looking for creative ways to challenge ourselves. Our students are absolutely go getters and love to push themselves to their physical limits. We like to have students use a variety of adaptions to make exercises such as jogging, push ups, and cross fit workouts more challenging . These weighted exercise vests will provide an amazing opportunity for students to turn ordinary exercises into mentally and physically challenging tasks. Students will be able to wear a badge of honor if they are able to complete hard workouts while also wearing a twenty-pound weighted vest. Our school is all about goal setting and pushing ourselves to be our best; these weighted vests would greatly help us achieve that in our fitness classes!
