These materials are going to help me get my classroom set up for success. As a first year teacher, I am not coming with a lot of materials. Therefore, basic supplies like pencils, erasers, and paper are needed. In addition to those materials, I would like to add some sensory items for students to utilize. Sensory items such as the spiky ball or fidget cube can help students concentrate while completing work. The art supplies that are being requested are going to be used in my classroom to help the students release frustrations, emotions, and creativity. All of the supplies are going to be benefiting the students on a daily basis.
