Students today are introduced to technology at a very young age. They are using iPads, tablets, and phones to access resources and seek information. Librarians are information seekers and are elated to know when students utilize reliable resources to find information! I would like students to use the Tennessee Electronic Library to research different topics using an easy attainable and accessible tool. Through TEL, they would be able to research about topics on animals, people, or places. They would be able to point on reliable sources being used for assignments. The tablets can be shared easily among the students. These tablets are lightweight for the students' small hands to carry while they would be able to access online resources at tables and in groups! These 210 students in grades 3-5 would truly benefit from the tablets!
