Students will use the tables to engage in critical thinking activities, planning service project ideas, participating in collaborative study groups, and applying skills needed to be college and/or career ready. The skills students acquire in the AVID will help them be successful in academics as well as learn how to be professional. By implementing the use of these tables, students can brainstorm ideas real time as well as outline their plans for a variety of different projects. Using visuals to draft projects, take notes, as well as outlining their ideas will allow students to collaborate with their peers to create a well thought out project that they can implement and make an impact in their community.
