This project will enhance students' critical and analytical thinking, as well as their ability to program, code a robot. This will also improve their numeracy and literacy skills. This project will encourage independent thinking and develop their problem-solving skills via engagement with real-world applications. This project is considered a STEAM project that aims to expose students and to prepare them for more complex STEAM projects. My students will be using this set to perform the Mars challenge. Students are telling me that they want more hands-on activities that will challenge them, instead of just doing worksheets. And I know that this project will serve its purpose well!
