The books will be in the classroom libraries. Teachers and students will have access to the books. Teachers will use the books to engage students in lessons and learn vocabulary. Students will use the books to immerse themselves in a new world, while using the target language, during reading time in the classrooms. These books will help students make connections between their maternal language and culture with the language and culture that they are being immersed in (French). Books will be infused into lessons to promote vocabulary and literacy concepts to help students create a love for learning, reading, and languages.
