These technology and STEM tools will allow for more student involvement and hands-on learning taking place in the classroom. Student learning is highest when an inquiry approach is taken, requiring students to investigate and discover with hands-on materials and supplies. An extra iPad would allow for more students to be working at one time. With the size of classes currently, extra technology tools help make projects go faster and allow for more learning to be done at a time. The OSMO kit is a hands-on learning system that allows students to be learning through technology in an educational way. The manipulative tiles are a perfect STEM activity to allow students to create and engineer their own designs. Students will be able to use their imaginations and creativity to make their final products.
