Flex seating in my classroom would seriously be a GAME CHANGER. Seriously, the possibilities are endless with this kind of resource. We love all things movement in Kindergarten, but sometimes we must sit and do our work at our tables. The various seating options will give my students the chance to have autonomy and choose what seating option works best for them and improve our focus. It sure isn’t easy sitting still! These seating options will be available to everyone, every day. We will work together on learning how to appropriately use these seating options together, and spend some time trying out each one. Throughout the day, students will get the chance to rotate through different seating options as we learn and work! Flex-seating makes our learning student-centered, and I believe having these options in our classroom will greatly benefit all 13 of my sweet students.
