Students will get the opportunity of a lifetime. They are spending 3 days at a conference with other middle school and high school students, learning leadership skills, confidence and self-accountability. Students have been working hard on projects here at the school and cannot wait to show them off at the conference. Students will be learning leadership skills first hand, but taking complete ownership of their projects and presentations focusing on real-life experiences. It takes months of hard work and dedication. They will be presenting all by themselves or in small groups in front of a panel of judges. They are solely responsible for contacting local groups/businesses to help with their presentations, create their project and set up, deliver, answer questions and break down all on their own.
