The brand new graphic novels will make a tremendous difference in the lives of my students. The graphic novel section in the library is outdated, too small, and many of the books are extremely worn from too much love. The new graphic novels will provide greater reading opportunities for students and motivate them to keep reading because they've been asking for the requested titles. These books will provide multiple reading choices for students of all learning abilities, so all can read and interact with the books. These new books will thrill and excite even the most reluctant reader. The students will read the books during DEAR Day (drop everything and read day), when they finish classwork, during independent reading time in Language Arts, and before they go to sleep at night.
