It is hard to get just one student to focus around this time a year, let alone eighth-graders that all have different needs! My students need to remain structure-oriented and these new supplies will help reward positive behaviors in the classroom. All of my students, especially my students with ADHD, need constant praise to help motivate them. I like to find ways to reward good behavior in the classroom and in turn help to motivate my students. At this point of the year, my supply of "fun" rewards is starting to deplete. With these new "fun" rewards, I will be able to keep all of my students focused and motivated to get us to the end of the school year. All students need some fun and motivation to keep moving towards our year-end goal!
