The food provided by this generous donation will go directly to students who need food assistance in our school. Many students rely on the school for all of their nutritional needs. More than a third of the students in our school are from low-income households. Our kids are hungry to learn, but unfortunately they also come to school hungry. To help students get the food they need, our staff created a school based food pantry last year. All of the food provided to these students is 100% from donations. By receiving weekly snack and meal bags from our school based food pantry, students will have the energy they need to learn and confidence to grow as learners!

About my class
