In this unit, students will be learning games that they can go out and play with their friends at the beach. It is my goal to show them activities that are a way for them to have healthy and wholesome fun on their free time. In a generation that is sedentary, it is important to show them that going outside and playing is a more fun way to spend time with their friends. Students will get to move around and get their heart rates up in a way that isn't just running the track. They will thank you for the hours of fun you have so generously provided them.
