My students will benefit from having an easel .They will be able to express themselves by drawing and painting. Art helps young children to develop both gross motor, small motor and hand-eye coordination skills . Art also helps to boost self-confidence and self-expression. When children play with dolls, they learn social skills by imitating adults in their real world. They learn responsibility, empathy, compassion, and engage with one another by communication and problem solving together. This type of interaction helps with language development, problem solving and critical thinking. When working with manipulatives, children are able to build with blocks. These toys are great for fine motor skill development and hand eye coordination. Children with building activities learn how things fit together and how to work together to create whatever they choose to. It can also be a form for self-expression.
