Students take my class to understand basic and advanced cooking techniques. Many of my students are about to leave home and try to make it on their own. Using these different appliances and utensils, students will complete multiple labs that will help give them the skills to make meals for themselves or their families in the future. My class will also help them to make smart choices about their nutrition to achieve a healthy lifestyle. My class sets students up with the life skills that will help them be successful in life after high school. Please help us get some of the equipment needed for labs. We will use the blenders and mixers as base appliances to make multiple recipes in class.
