Students will use Ozobots to learn content within a variety of subjects, by applying coding skills. Ozobots will be coded to create mathematical equations and review content taught within science and social studies. The Ozobots will be coded to solve mathematical equations, including addition and subtraction. For example, base ten blocks will be used as bowling pins, students will code their Ozobots to drive into the pins and define what fact families can be created using the information. Students will also be able to code the Ozobots in a way to drive them on review mats already created. Each mat has vocabulary and content within certain subjects that will allow the students to manipulate the information. For example a map of the world is printed on a mat. Questions will direct the students to use their coding skills to drive their Ozobots to the correct location as asked.
