Our students do not have access to Internet and computers in their homes. Here at school is the only chance they have to learn and use computers to better their lives. They are closed off outside these learning walls and they will never know what opportunities they can apply for. Our students need to know that opportunities are available for them to succeed if they know where to look and find them. Having Internet and current technology here at school, along with the professional leadership from our teachers, can changes lives and change their world. We would like to teach the students how to research about career paths and help them set ambitions and goals that are attainable for them through career schools and job training. College may be out of reach for many of them but, they still need information, through technology of how to find a future that will support themselves and their families.

About my class
