I want to give my students everything they need to achieve their goals and thrive both in the classroom and in their lives. My students need tape, staples, math supplies, and other items in order to participate in learning activities such as the Dollars and Sense program where students simulate managing a household budget with representatives from local businesses that sell electricity, water, entertainment, and other consumables. This is just one interactive project that we would like to offer to enhance students’ mathematical skills. Your generosity could help make these learning experiences possible. Without assistance, our students could not receive the support that they so desperately need. The knowledge that students gain from these learning experiences will help them solve problems, cooperate with peers, and build subject-area knowledge that will be useful throughout their lives and future careers.
