I want to learn strategies to help my students become more confident and stronger readers. Attending HelloLitCon will allow me to be able to utilize the resources I already have as a teacher. My goal is to reach and teach the individual reader and their needs, versus a cookie cutter approach. Attending the early literacy skills conference will allow me to build a strong foundation in the areas of reading and writing for my students. We don't need more supplies- we need more strategies! It's time to get back to the basics and help my students ignite a LOVE for reading!
