The students at my school are from homes of poverty and many are second language learners as well. Learning to read and enjoying reading is challenging for them. I want to foster and instill in my students a strong love of reading. Along with providing my students with high-quality literature, I want to provide comfortable, fun, and relaxing seating. Students will be excited to use stools instead of moving their student desk chairs to the reading table. My students will love to gather around the reading table and dig into a good book with their teacher and classmates!
