Our PreK students are in need of hands on science tools, manipulatives, and activities that they can use in small groups and independently during play centers. Your donations will help get age appropriate science tools and manipulatives into the hands of four and five year-olds. We will use the new science materials and kits to enhance our science learning center and provide opportunities for students to learn and explore many different science concepts. Remember when you were younger and they had those little viewers that you would insert the wheel of images into and you’d spend thirty minutes or more clicking through every image? Well, now they offer these with a variety of science related images such as animal life, dinosaur fossils and plants just to name a few. Our Pre-K students will love clicking through them during center time. These items will also help capture my students attention and motivate participation and keep them engaged during our morning learning centers and during free choice time. Our students will have so much fun that they won’t even realize they’re learning about animal science, gravity, magnets, and more. All of these items are going to make a huge impact as our Pre-K students become intrigued, excited, and motivated to engage in science related activities. We thank you for anything you can contribute to our project.
