My students are always in need of the basics (pencils, paper, dry erase markers and highlighters). Your donation will help me to meet the basic, everyday needs of all of the students in my classes. All items on this list are imperative for everyday function of the classroom. Pencils and lead will be used daily by students. The highlighters come in especially handy during our geometry unit as we will use them to highlight the dimensions of the shape and which piece of the equation they are. We use sticky notes for many activities that get kids out of their seats and moving throughout the year. We will use the dry erase markers daily as we have dry erase tables and standing desks in my classroom.
