Choir students and our choral classes are performance driven. We teach students to take ownership of their presentations. Choir allows students to get in front of their peers and adults and present a prepared idea. This very much mimics the business world. Performing arts experiences equips students to handle stressful situations with creative solutions. Having quality equipment will enhance the product that they present to the public. Many times in choir, we discuss their dreams for the future. We talk about what their jobs will be like in 15 years and what challenges they will face. Together, we draw the line between performance prep and business success. The preparation and drive for excellence is the same in both arenas. I want these kids to dream big and experience quality performances. Thank you for considering the funding of our digital drive.
