My students attend an urban public high school. Lots of challenges to face, but in spite of all, they have chosen to belong to the Aspira club which runs three days a week after school for 1.5 hours per day. We are a latino organization which implements a leadership curriculum. We empower the students to get involved in the community through a variety of community service projects. We believe in that latino students can grow to be inspired and to inspire others to be community leaders.

About my class
