My time with our students is spent working on building relationships, building a positive school culture, modeling appropriate positive interactions and assisting them with making good choices, following the 7 Habits and serving as an alternative to out of school suspension. This year I started doing school-wide contests in which classes must work together to answer trivia questions, and complete tasks as a class. This has provided lots of great team building opportunities for all of our students on campus. I reward the classes with cookies. As you can imagine this gets pretty expensive. The funds I used to purchase cookies as rewards is depleting, I would love to continue this endeavor for our students. This project will make a difference by allowing me to continue these team building opportunities on campus.
