Students love to read and learn new information on interesting topics! However, our school library is out of date and lacking young adult books that capture students' reading interests. By having new contemporary books for our library, students will be able to be in touch with the latest novels. Additional reading options will engage students with developing literacy and writing skills! Oftentimes, students come into the library looking for specific, popular, books--yet, they are unavailable in our school library. In an effort to support my students, I must provide interesting and relatable texts in our school library! My goal is to widen students' literacy knowledge inside and outside the classroom.

About my class
