So many of my 600 scholars do not own one book of their own. Our library is there for them to borrow and choose books from but every child deserves to own books of their own. Think about how much you loved to hold a book and read it. How you loved knowing Junie B. Jones was there for you or Nancy Drew. Remember when you read To Kill A Mockingbird and it changed your life? When you opened your first graphic novel and entire new world emerged? Help a child escape into Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia, and Dogman. No scholar should ever be without a book to explore and open the world of imagination. Help me give all of my scholars books. Every child deserves a champion. Be a child’s champion sponsor a book.
