I am special education teacher at a North west side school for Chicago Public Schools. I work with students who struggle with regular chairs. I have seen the difference on how it helps students remain focused and engaged while in other classrooms. Our students love wobble chairs and without them knowing, it addresses students needs to resort to movement (i.e wiggling, leaning over their desk or chairs, or or kicking their desks as they swing their feet), as well as helping prevent distractions in the classroom. Wobble Chairs can work wonders in our resource classroom, and allow students to have flexible seating during whole group and individual instruction. What is great about them is they are easy to move around, and can be shared among other classrooms.
