I am looking for a kidney table to replace my desk in my classroom. I am doing this to benefit my students so that we can have another area for small group instruction as well as independent work. In my classroom right now all I have are individual desks and one rectangle table. During small group instruction time it is used by an additional teacher in the classroom that pulls groups of students each day. I would love to have another table so I too have an area to work with students on more than just reading materiel. As of right now, in my small groups I have my students reading and answering questions on a carpet but having a table will allow them to spread out their work and not have to use whiteboards to write on.
