These books will help me create a classroom library for my scholars that shows cultural diversity in a variety of texts. I want my scholars to become interested in reading, and the only way to do this is for them to connect to their reading selections. A print-rich classroom is the only way to create a love of reading and learning; and something my classroom is sadly devoid of at the moment. Help me close the literacy gap in culturally diverse Title 1 schools! Your donations, ANY donations could change the lives of my students. My students and ALL students deserve the right to have access to books. It is a disservice that I want to mend for my scholars. I want to inspire them to become lifelong readers and learners, and the only way to do that is very simple--access to resources. These scholars deserve the world and can change the world! Please help me do that for them?!
