Basic supplies set the foundation for successful hands-on activities. Without construction paper, paper clips, string, art supplies, and glue, I don't think we could make it through the day. In our special education classroom, multi-sensory collaboration practice is given daily. My students cut and paste, scoop and sort, and create art every day in project-based groups. We are not even half way though the year and these essential basic supplies are already running low in my class. My students use these materials daily and can't imagine the students not having the necessary supplies that are needed. Glue and crayons will always be needed because they are basic and essential in an elementary special education classroom. I appreciate your support for my classroom and students!
