Flexible seating would allow my students to take charge of their learning and decide the choices that work best for them. During independent work time they can choose a location in the classroom to complete their work. My current students are choosing between yoga mats and camping seats. They can choose just to sit on the floor by their seat and use a clipboard. I want to provide my students with more options. I have noticed an amazing differences in my students when they are given a choice in their seating. I am confident my students will benefit in more flexible seating seating options they can use around the classroom.
