The Jump Ropes, Resistance Bands, Weighted Vest allow us to work with several students at one time, mainly focusing on developing quickness, agility, explosiveness, and coordination. The Half Footballs and Football Catching Net allows us to work on the technique of how to properly and accurately throw and catch a football. These student-athletes have proven to me thus far that they are very serious about being the best they can be on and off the playing field. This equipment will assist a great deal with helping them accomplish those goals. I guarantee this group will not let them go to waste.

About my class
