Students will be able to move while they are learning. For students who are active, this has been shown to increase attention span, improve academic performance, and encourage them to continue to work. Wobble chairs will benefit both general education and special education students. Students will benefit from being able to take movement breaks according to accommodations in their individual education plans as well as calming the brain and increasing attention, especially in the afternoon. Kinesthetic learning improves sensory focus and awareness, which shows improved test scores and classroom performance when students are actively sitting using wobble chairs.
