This "Get Your Teach On" conference has been a dream of mine for many years now. I have been inspired by past presenters through social media for years. As a new educator, it would be so beneficial to learn from the trailblazers in education. It is a conference led by the best teachers in the world who want to inspire, ignite, and create magic in classrooms across the country. My students would benefit directly by using these new strategies to include more differentiation, movement, and building a positive classroom community. Get Your Teach On is the best way to help create magic in my classroom and instill that magic in others as well. This conference will teach how to constantly create rigorous lessons that have high engagement and high expectations. Through this conference, I will get a two day pass, a GYTO manual, online access to resources, and many other materials I can bring back to share with the staff of my school. I will also be presenting to my school to inspire them to use what I have learned after attending the conference. I will be creating a training package of the take always gleaned from GYTO to help inspire others to excel beyond the standards.
