As you previously read in the introduction, we have worked extremely hard to get donations for funding of musical equipment. We have an extremely large percentage of students that are considered percussionists. We were fortunate enough to purchase very used marching bass drums and snare drums from a district that no longer needed them. We found a small music business in a local neighborhood that sold us a brand new set of tri tom marching tenor set for a very affordable price. We were able to use one of our old remaining harnesses to carry the drums, however, they are pretty useless if we are not carrying them because we do not have a stand for them to be played on inside the classroom. A tenor stand for our tri tom set would enhance the musical atmosphere in our building!
