About my class

Having the requested materials in our classroom will not only enhance learning but it will "feed" students who need to feel more confident in their reading abilities so they will want to read. The skills that they learn while becoming fluent readers helps students to study subjects with more ease and retain the knowledge received from the subject, making them more knowledgeable. Reading will help my students to not only become more fluent readers, but it will help them to become more creative. Reading is like living a million lives. It will take can take the students places where they have never been. I plan on having students illustrate their thoughts about books they have read. The supplies will allow me the ability to be creative on assigning different reading activities.
