Our original school perished in a fire three years ago. For materials for our building, many of them were donations, resulting in many used items. We currently have a large wall-mounted dry erase board that we use for ELA and Math instruction. Over the years, it has worn down and it is harder for the students to see the examples on the board. Math is difficult anyway and the board just makes the process harder. Dry erase has replaced the chalk boards! We constantly use small dry erase boards during whole group and small group instruction. It is easy to grab a board, marker, and a tissue to involve everyone in the lesson. We are running low on markers and many are dried out!
